Chilli reigns supreme at the 3 Ducks Spice Bar, the enticing aromas of exotic spices and herbs excite the senses for the approaching taste sensation.

On the menu – six set dishes and four to six daily specials offering a full selection of sumptuous spicy flavours from the world over.

Many of our meals are Gluten Free, all are free from preservatives and colourings and the beef, lamb and chicken we use is chemical and hormone free, the chicken is free range.

Favourites include; Crouching Tiger, a hot, fiery beef curry, Clay Pot Vegetables, smooth and creamy with just enough chilli to make your mouth tingle, Chicken Tikka, a crowd favourite and the Laksa will always surpass expectations.

The “Ducks” is a Manly locals favourite and is situated only a stones throw from the Beach and Corso although you’ll need to follow your nose to find it.
